DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES & BPFO ADDRESSES?
We do deliver to PO Boxes & BFPO addresses. If you choose to have your goods delivered to a BFPO address, please remember to enter your BFPO and code number e.g. BFPO 1234 into the postcode field. You must also select the SAVER delivery option at checkout, as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes/BFPO addresses on Express Delivery.
Please note estimated shipping times include processing time at the warehouse and are calculated from the date the order is placed. You may receive a next day delivery dispatch email as late as 12:30am on the day your delivery is expected.

What is your Returns Policy?

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. 
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must have all original tags attached and be placed in their original packaging.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and show no signs of wear and tear or scuff marks.
  • Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed. 
  • All returned items will need to be sent to us in their original packaging, attaching a new packaging label so that it is able to reach us.

Are international return times different?  
UK and the Republic of Ireland customers must return unsuitable/ unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. All international customers must return unsuitable/unwanted items within 28 days of receipt.

Does it cost to return my item?

UK and Republic of Ireland customers -

All requested return items will be issued with a Royal Mail pre-paid label that will be used to return your item. The returns label will be generated with at a cost of £2.99, which will be deducted from your refund amount. All items returned will need to be sent to us in their original packaging.

International customers -

As International Customers have an extended refund time, please email us your refund request to info@4everstunning.co.uk, to let us know to expect your order :-)  We will provide you with our return address details, (this will also be sent to you with the item(s) ordered.)  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide pre-paid return shipping labels to International Customers. All return shipping costs will need to be covered by the sender. Once received by us, your refund will be actioned in full and no pre-paid return shipping fee charge will be applied.

What happens if the item is damaged/there is an issue with the item?  
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us immediately via the customer portal or via email (info@4everstunning.co.uk). If you are able to take photographs, please include this in your email or upload these pictures onto the portal, as this will allow us to reach a resolution quicker.

Can I exchange my item?
We are able to offer exchanges (stock permitting) on all UK and the Republic of Ireland orders. All exchange requests should be made via the Customer Account Portal and indicated on the refund and exchange form that was sent to you. In the event the alternative stock that you have requested is no longer available, you will be informed and refunded via your original payment method. Currently, we are unable to offer the exchange service for International Purchases.

How do I return my item?

Your delivery will contain the relevant form to enable a refund/exchange. Please read and follow the steps below when returning an item/s:

UK and The Republic of Ireland Returns Process

  1. Place your item(s) into the packaging, (all items should be returned in their original packaging with original tags in place.)
  2. Complete the refund/exchange form that was sent to you with your order, circling the reason code for your return. Place the completed form inside the package.
  3. Log into the returns portal to commence a refund/exchange.

Follow the login instructions provided.

  1. Once logged into the returns portal, select the returns/exchange tab to commence your return.
  2. Once your return request has been processed, a pre-paid Royal Mail Shipping Label will be generated.
  3. A Royal Mail QR Code will be generated, please bring this to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office or drop off point and request the label is printed. Find your nearest Royal Mail Drop Off by clicking here.
  4. Your new label will need to be placed over your old label, (ensuring the original label is completely covered.)
  5. Once your item is received, we will inspect the item/s received in line with our returns policy guidelines and will let you know if the refund has been accepted.

International Customers Returns Process

  1. Place your item(s) into the packaging, (all items should be returned in their original packaging with original tags in place.)
  2. Complete the refund/exchange form that was sent to you with your order, circling the reason code for your return.
  3. Email us at info@4everstunning.co.uk with the subject heading ‘Refund Order Request’ and quote your order number. This will start the returns process and lets us know that the item/s are on their way to us.
  4. Attach the unpaid return label provided with your order to the front of the package, ensuring the original label is completely covered.
  5. Post the return item to us, all shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
  6. Once your item is received we will inspect the item(s )received in line with our returns policy guidelines and will let you know if the refund has been accepted.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed, and you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow a further 3 to 5 business days for your banking service to process your refund. (Please note, this is a rough estimate, as some banking services may take longer to refund your purchase).

What happens if my refund is not approved?

Upon inspection of the returned item/s, if for any reason the returns policy has not been adhered to, you will be notified in writing, including the reason why a refund will not be issued.  

 

 All items received after the returns period will not be issued a refund

Undamaged/unused items received after the returns period, will result in you being provided with 2 options that you are welcome to choose from: 

  1. Store credit to the value of the amount paid.
  2. The item to be returned to you. 

 

Damaged/used items ineligible for refund

If the item is returned damaged/used, you will not be eligible for a refund, even if you have returned the item/s within the specified returns period. Damaged/used items returned after the return period, will not be eligible for the option of store credit, the item/s will be returned to you and a refund will not be issued.
